We're launching a new program within our nonprofit, which provides free math tutoring for middle school students in-need building confidence and math skills, to focus on the importance of empowering girls and women to excel in STEM-based fields.
We provide free math tutoring to NYC middle school students (5-8th graders) who are struggling in math. We were founded in 2002, and since then have served thousands of students, and worked with countless dedicated volunteer math tutors. Our mission is two-pronged: we seek to help students build their math skills and aptitude, as well as to build their confidence and love of math.
