Project Scope

We help talented young adults from overlooked communities transform their economic outlook and launch new careers in the innovation economy. KindWork offers free career training, coaching, and job placement support to low-income, under and unemployed young people facing barriers to career-ladder employment.

In order to reach out to young adults it's essential to have great recruitment materials (e.g., flyer and webpage). The scope of this project will include revamping an existing webpage for program recruitment to be more interactive and engaging. We have a brand id in place already. Additionally, we're seeking support in creating a better recruitment flyer and program overview (for print and digital circulation).

KindWork

KindWork offers free career training, coaching, and job placement support to low-income, under and unemployed young people facing barriers to career-ladder employment. In 2021, we will enroll three cohorts of our Customer Experience Fellowship in New York City and are growing participation by over 50% in the program.

KindWork is currently maintaining a 91% program graduation rate and 91% of graduates have been placed into customer experience roles with tech-enabled companies like Revel, Zola, and CloudKitchens. KindWork’s working graduates have secured average starting wages of $18.30 per hour and notably, 90% have secured roles with employer-sponsored benefits.
